Gas safety can’t be ignored

This is the most important yearly maintenance check that should be carried out on a holiday home. Many people avoid this one because we all seem to think if its working its ok.

This is clearly not the case with LPG GAS, If you let your Holiday Home \ Caravan out to friends or family or as a business then by LAW you need to have your holiday home serviced by a qualified and registered CORGI Engineer. Ask to see ID Cards and check the Qualifications on the rear of that card, you can even phone Corgi give the number of the card to the operator and they will confirm immediately what work that engineer can carry out for you.

At some time in the year or season we recommended a gas service \ landlords safety check You can rest assured that your appliance are not only just safe and in good working order but that they are running efficiently and economically to the manufactures specifications, In most cases a yearly service pays for itself in return by the fuel saving.

WHAT YOU GET

The Service is to provide you and any family \ tenants \ customers with the knowledge and satisfaction that your holiday home is safe, in the service you have your pipe work checked your water heater checked and tested your Hob \ Oven and Fire, also a full check on all Flues and Ventilation is carried out followed by a test on the whole system witch detects gas leaks that normally go un-noticed.

You are issued with a certificate to leave on your premises so people can be assured they are in a safe home. This is usually and insurance requirement for most parks.

The cost of the service is £70.00 and that includes the gas certificate all work is carried out by qualified engineers trained to the latest 2006 standards in the industry and are also CORGI Registered.
